Electronic Timing & EDM *All Track events will be seeded on times. * All Field Events will get 6 trials. Online entries only at Sportsoft : https://www.race-results.co.uk Closing date for entries Friday 21 st March 2025. There are strictly NO entries on the day. Numbers to be collected on the day. £10 first event, £5 per subsequent event. Under 17 �s & below Max 3 events. Under 20's Seniors & Masters Max 5 events. Masters athletes are invited to throw their age appropriate weights in field events. Any queries please contact: mhacopenmeeting@outlook.com Held under UKA rules and Age Groups. An entrant shall be deemed to have made himself/herself/themself, familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules. The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the date of entering the event, whether or not the participant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK. |

Athlete registrationCoinciding with the start of the new track and field season, the latest version of the UKA Rules for Competition 2016 are to be launched on April 1st and UKA have announced information on the updates that will be included. UKA Rules apply from the Under 13 Age Group upwards. These include important changes regarding compulsory athlete registration in competitions held under UKA Rules . It is important that athletes, club membership secretaries, team managers and others are aware of this and the associated guidance. While athlete registration is a well established part of the sport to help athletes and others affected by different aspects of registration rules we have put together the following advice Guidance for athletesIt is important that athletes (and parents of younger athletes, UKA Rules apply from the Under 13 Age Group upwards) take responsibility for their role in ensuring their club registration is up to date. Be aware the volunteers at your club are involved in carrying out a wider range of activities to support athletes so playing your part is important. Here is what you should do:
